Mari Jane co-leads the audit team at Helmi Talib LLP, providing technical steer and guidance on financial reporting standards and risk management. Her portfolio includes projects spanning internal control compliance reviews against Sarbanes-Oxley and Japanese SOX standards, process improvement advisory on financial reporting processes and internal control enhancement projects and US GAAP/GAAS reporting requirements for SEC engagements.
Having begun her career at a Big 4 accounting firm, she joined Helmi Talib & Co in 2017 with experience in audits of banks, fund management and insurance companies, listed companies and multinationals.
